KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS
- Established, organized, and managed the High Self-Esteem Young Liberians Initiative, Inc – including managing of issues arising in senior management; have raised over US$60,000 in grant since its establishment in 2015.
- Along with my fellow colleague, solicit $600k grant for the CBI-Liberia from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation which we have successfully managed to its logical first phase conclusion
- Along with my fellow colleague, secured the second phase of the Enhanced Polio Surveillance through Community Engagements in Montserrado County grant for the CBI-Liberia from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation through the AFENET-Liberia
- Leading and coordinating the Department of Research, Communication and Grant at CBI-Liberia.
- As Deputy Executive Director for Research and Grant at CBI-Liberia, I successfully co-led and technically managed 450+ employees on the Enhanced Polio Surveillance through Community Engagement in Montserrado County – September 7, 2021 to February 7, 2022
- Established the Royal Excellence Group of Companies in 2021, and secure the company’s first major contract worth US$14,338
- Teaming up as Board Member and Chair on Academics, coordinating, and transforming the Ed Mol Memorial Matadi Baptist High School
- Led and coordinated the Internal Compliance Auditing process of Refuge Place International (RPI)
- Led and coordinated an M&E Compliance Audit for Refuge Place International (RPI)
- Solicit funding, and coordinated the training of 30 persons with disabilities in the production of eco stove - UNDP/GEF-SGP Grant
- Solicit funding, and coordinated the training of 10 persons with disabilities in tailoring -UNDP/GEF-SGP Grant
- Solicit funding, and provided revolving loan for 10 persons with disabilities to engage into small businesses - UNDP/GEF-SGP Grant
- Led and coordinated 5 Clans in Todee to identify and preserve forest for conservation purpose - fighting climate change - UNDP/GEF-SGP Grant
- Led the distribution of 250 Sawyer Water Filters - Clean and safe drinking Water Filters for 250 households in Jorquelleh, Buchanna and Dolo’s Town
- Partnered with Project Zero and led the tuition payment for orphans for 2years – Margibi, Montserrado, Bong and Grand Bassa Counties
- Partnered with Project Zero, and coordinated the training of 50 persons in First Aid Clinical Psychology to deal with disadvantaged youths and people with mental health problems;
- Partnered with the Big Idea – Liberia, and coordinated the training of 20 persons in Leadership and solutions
- Partnered with Project Zero, led and coordinated the construction of a modern bathroom with running water for the Great Commission Orphanage in Chicken Soup Factory
- Partnered with Project Zero, and provided school desks and stationery for 800 school kids in Dolo’s Town, Margibi County
- Worked with RESH-Liberia to do a survey on gender friendly education in Liberian schools
- Partnered with Project Zero, and hosted a Christmas Party for 250 orphans at the Great Commission Orphanage – Chicken Soup Factory
- Partnered with Project Zero, and distributed 100 beds, 100 mattresses and bed-net for 100 orphans
- Rescued and treated a mentally Disable Orphan “Mercy Valeria” who was roaming the street without shelter
- Led and coordinated support services in the 4455 Call Center for Liberia’s emergency Ebola Response which resulted in ending the world’s deadest public health threats in record time.
