Served as the Project Manager for "the Leaving No One Behind; Including all Liberians in the fight against Climate Change". Coordinated and led every aspect of the project until its logical conclusion. I was also responsible to work along with our partners and stakeholders to solve issues arising during the course of the project.

Served as statistician for the Incident Management System (National Ebola Response), collecting, interpreting and presenting quantitative data, providing insight and recommendations on policies and strategies; deciding what data is needed to answer certain problems, determining methods to collect data, designing methods to collect data, and reporting on analyzed data. Tallied and recorded the number of Emergency Calls daily, weekly and monthly, compile daily, weekly and monthly reports according to the types of cases, time, day, week and month they came in, recorded the sum of cases (male/female), recorded number of follow up calls/repeated, or new (symptoms or death and general info) calls, and ensuring alignment to national emergency response strategy.

Served as one of the Senior Managers of the Call Center (4455). Under the general supervision of the Manager of the Emergency Operation Center (EOC), and the direct supervision and maintenance of the National Call Center, formerly the Ebola Call Center (4455)/Emergency Medical Service Center/EOC/MOH-Liberia, my responsibility as a Call Center (4455) supervisor was to supervise and manage a team of call agents, plan activities, manage timelines, keep track of deliverables and make reports.
