Serve as most senior High Self-Esteem Young Liberians Initiative, Inc. (HISEYLI-Liberia) employee, and oversee all aspects of programs ensuring that day to day operations provide an environment for staff to work successfully and perform their duties and responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:  

Serves as HISEYLI-Liberia Executive Director and spokesperson maintaining strategic relationships with program partners, acting as primary liaison with headquarter related to management and procedural issues and acting as advisor on topics or issues of interest to headquarter; provide leadership to achieve overall HISEYLI – Liberia goals assuring coordination and consistency among the programs, coordinating policy development, assisting in new project policy design, monitoring and evaluation, while making sure projects address capacity building and sustainability, proposing new projects or program activities consistent with HISEYLI – Liberia strategy, working closely with Program Leads in developing program funding proposals with senior HISEYLI – Liberia staff and the Development Office in headquarter; and manage the establishment, execution and control of all financial and administrative aspects of the programs for HISEYLI – Liberia.

Key Accomplishments:

Established, organized and operating the Royal Excellence Group of Companies from January 2021 as a transparent and strong recognized corporate entity in Liberia. Took the companies from US$200 capital investment to US$7,000 in 9months. Strengthened the company’s internal organization, management, and operation.  Developed the company’s internal policies documents (including Human Resource Management Policy, Ethics Policy, Procurement Policy, Financial policy and procedures, etc.) which increased effectiveness and efficiency at workplace

Served as the Project Manager for "the Leaving No One Behind; Including all Liberians in the fight against Climate Change". Coordinated and led every aspect of the project until its logical conclusion. I was also responsible to work along with our partners and stakeholders to solve issues arising during the course of the project.

Supervise, coordinate and manage the project staff, the project materials, project sites and report on the progress of the technical and administrative aspect of the project.

Statistician - Aug 2014 – July 2015 

Served as statistician for the Incident Management System (National Ebola Response), collecting, interpreting and presenting quantitative data, providing insight and recommendations on policies and strategies; deciding what data is needed to answer certain problems, determining methods to collect data, designing methods to collect data, and reporting on analyzed data. Tallied and recorded the number of Emergency Calls daily, weekly and monthly, compile daily, weekly and monthly reports according to the types of cases, time, day, week and month they came in, recorded the sum of cases (male/female), recorded number of follow up calls/repeated, or new (symptoms or death and general info) calls, and ensuring alignment to national emergency response strategy.

As a call center representative, I was responsible to answer all incoming calls, take note of the patients or clients’ requests, dispatch and assign those requests as required. I was also responsible to perform duties as a member of a team.

Call Center Coordinator - Aug 2015 – Aug 2016   

Served as call center Coordinator for the Incident Management System (National Ebola Response), coordinating between call agents, data clerk, supervisors and clients/patients in the call center – strengthening issue arising during working hours, and ensuring the staff alignment to the national emergency response strategy.

Call Center Supervisor - 2016 - 2020 

Served as one of the Senior Managers of the Call Center (4455). Under the general supervision of the Manager of the Emergency Operation Center (EOC), and the direct supervision and maintenance of the National Call Center, formerly the Ebola Call Center (4455)/Emergency Medical Service Center/EOC/MOH-Liberia, my responsibility as a Call Center (4455) supervisor was to supervise and manage a team of call agents, plan activities, manage timelines, keep track of deliverables and make reports.
